Tischendorf's note for a section of the Tauschnitz octavo edition of the Greek New Testament together with a social note, 1878 November 28, from A. von Tischendorf, Leipzig, to Gregory and his sister inviting them for tea and congratulating him on his happy return to Germany. Gregory annotated both items and sent them to the American Baptist scholar and hymn writer Basil Manly in 1891.
